Shipping Policy

  • Besides local commercial and residential addresses, SF store and EF locker are also available as delivery addresses. To use these delivery locations, please enter the relevant code in the ‘Address’ field on the ‘Checkout’ page. (click here to view the SF store codes and here to view the EF locker codes)
  • Free shipping is available upon purchase of $600 or above. For orders under $600, a delivery fee billed on freight collect basis will be charged by SF Express.
  • The delivery rate is determined according to the calculation formula listed on SF Express website (http://www.sf-express.com) and it will be no less than $30. Please be noted that the delivery charge will not be listed on the order summary from OUP.
  • Please note that the product weight listed in the product description is NET weight only. The actual parcel weight might vary because of the packaging.
  • Delivery will be made by SF Express to your designated location within 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery address is limited to Hong Kong only.
  • Self-pickup is not available.
